Abstract: A footpath encroachment detection and enforcement device, comprising a body 101 integrated with a plurality of motorized wheels 102 enabling autonomous movement toward a footpath area, an inspection module 103 operatively coupled with a control unit to detect presence, position, and boundary alignment of a vehicle relative to predefined parking lines and pedestrian pathways, an analysis module executed by the control unit to analyse parking duration, vehicle position, and obstruction patterns to determine violation status, a communication module to transmit real-time alerts and violation data to an interlinked user-interface accessible by a user associated with the violated vehicle, a lifting and towing assembly arranged with the body 101 to secure and uplift a vehicle upon confirmation of violation via the inspection module 103, a flag deployment module installed with the body 101 to retrieve and place a selected flag unit 110 at empty space after towing of the vehicle.
