Abstract: The present invention describes formulation of Herbal Snacks Fortified with Andrographis Paniculata and preparation method thereof. The present invention 500 mg of Andrographis paniculata leaf powder, 150 grams of jaggery, 40-60 ml of ghee, 25 grams of almond, 30 grams of dry fruits, 250 grams of urad dal, 5 grams of table salt, 5 grams of black pepper; and 1-2 teaspoons of edible oil. The herbal snacks comprise of laddoos and papads.
