MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541002347 A) filed by Schco International Kg on January 10, 2025, for Frame Profile With A Drainage Device.

Abstract: A frame profile (10) includes a drainage device, wherein the frame profile (10) comprises an upper chamber (11) for drainage and a lower chamber (18) for drainage, which are separated from one another by a partition wall (13) which comprises an opening (12), wherein a valve (20) with a moveable valve body (23) is fixed to the opening (12) of the partition wall (13). As a result, moisture can be prevented from entering the inner side of the frame profile even in the event of high precipitation and wind loads. (Figure 5)
