Abstract: Accurate assessment of fruit sweetness is essential for determining fruit quality, market value, and consumer satisfaction. Conventional methods for sweetness evaluation are often destructive, time-consuming, and laboratory-dependent. The present invention discloses a Fruit Sweetness Prediction System designed to estimate fruit sweetness through a non-destructive and intelligent approach.The system integrates multiple sensors to capture physical and environmental parameters associated with fruit maturity and sugar accumulation. Sensor data are collected through a microcontroller-based unit and processed using machine learning algorithms trained on fruit quality datasets. Based on the analyzed data, the system predicts the sweetness level and provides quality classification results through a digital interface .The invention offers a rapid, accurate, and cost-effective solution for fruit quality monitoring. It can be utilized by farmers, fruit processing industries, distributors, and consumers to improve harvesting decisions, grading efficiency, and marketability. The proposed system contributes to reducing food wastage and enhancing quality assurance in agricultural supply chains.
