Abstract: ABSTRACT FULLY AUTOMATED MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING PRE-FORMED CONICAL CIGARETTE TUBES WITH TAPERED FILTERS The present disclosure relates to a fully automated manufacturing system (100) for continuous production of pre-rolled conical cigarette tubes with tapered filters. The system comprises a de-coiling system (101), a paper feeding unit (106), a paper laser cutting unit (111), a vertically moveable paper rolling unit (107), a filter feeding unit (108), an adhesive application unit (117), an assembly unit (118), and a control system configured to coordinate automated operation of the system components. The vertically moveable paper rolling unit (107) rolls thin paper into a conical tube having a tapered geometry, while the assembly unit (118) inserts tapered filters into the conical tube in a synchronized manner. The adhesive application unit (117) applies adhesive in a controlled and repeatable pattern. The disclosed system enables unattended operation with improved dimensional accuracy, product consistency, and reduced dependence on manual labour.
