MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611117597 A) filed by Vinay Aggarwal; and Anita Aggarwal on September 30, 2026, for Functionality And Process Of Creating, Generating, Developing The 3d Embossed Image Or Structure Or Statue Or Model Or Sculpture Of The Fetus Or Unborn Baby From Radiology, Ct, Mri Scan / Images..
Inventors include Vinay Aggarwal; and Anita Aggarwal.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT Abstract: This invention introduces an innovative procedure to create, generate, develop 3D embossed image or structure or statue or model or sculpture of the fetus or unborn baby (106)(112) from radiology 3D scan fetus image (101)(107) to enhance capability of examination, analysis and take better decision which also reduces risk of harmful radiation and time taken for analysis of the problem detection during longer ultrasound, MRI, CT scans. This invention solves these challenges by proper procedure or process of conversation of file retrieve from ultrasound, MRI, CT scans (101)(107) to 3D embossed image or structure or statue or model or sculpture of the fetus or unborn baby (106)(112). The result could be achieved by any 3D printer using material such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, TPU etc. based on the user requirement. The proper method, procedure, process and file conversion has been described along with the parameters and specification. If radiology scan detects the fetus having two heads, three hands, lumps, cysts etc, then the created, generated, developed 3D embossed image or structure or statue or model or sculpture of fetus (106) give proper information along with its size, location which could be felt by touching with hands as it is embossed visual display (112) which make doctor to take concrete decision if need to operate later on.
