Abstract: The present invention relates to a gas leakage and adulteration detection device (1). The device (1) comprises an outer case (1a) provided with an air inlet (2) and an air outlet (3), a control unit (11), a sensing unit (21), an indication unit (31), a communication unit (51), and a power unit (41). The sensing unit (21) comprises an adulteration sensor (22) configured to detect fuel adulteration and a gas leakage sensor (23) configured to detect leakage of combustible gas. Ambient gas entering through the air inlet (2) is analysed by the sensing unit (21), and corresponding sensing signals are processed by the control unit (11). The indication unit (31) provides visual and audible indications through a display (32) and a buzzer (33), respectively, while the communication unit (51) transmits notification messages. The analysed gas is discharged through the air outlet (3) for continuous monitoring.
