MUMBAI, India, July 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541005382 A) filed by Ospyn Technologies Limited on January 22, 2025, for Genai Driven Criteria & Rule Building System For Identifying Deviations, Non-Compliances.

Inventors include Venugopal M; and Rethish K Varghese.

The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT GENAI DRIVEN CRITERIA & RULE BUILDING SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING DEVIATIONS, NON-COMPLIANCES The present invention provides a system for automated rule building and deviation detection using Generative AI (GenAI). The system ingests and analyses data from various internal and external repositories through a content ingestion module (104), and stores the processed data in a data repository (106). A rule generation module (108) utilizes a domain-specific Large Language Model (110) to define schemas for operational data, generate domain-specific rules, and convert the rules into executable validation scripts (112) Operational datasets are processed through a data engineering service layer and validated using a validation engine (208) to detect deviations and generate deviation reports (210). The system further includes modules for rule validation, cross-reference handling, and automated rule updation (300) in response to changes in business policies. The AI-driven system improves efficiency, reduces human error, and enables continuous compliance and process optimization. Fig. 1,2,3
