Abstract: A generative AI–driven implantable cardioverter-defibrillator system is disclosed for adaptive arrhythmia prediction and intelligent shock optimization. Based on predictive probability scores, therapy parameters including shock energy, waveform, and timing are dynamically optimized. The system incorporates reinforcement learning for patient- specific adaptation and optional cloud-assisted model updates. Safety redundancies ensure reliable therapy delivery.
