Abstract: A generative AI-based educational content creation and personalization system for university students is disclosed. The system includes a university data interface for acquiring curriculum data, learning resources, assessment information, and learner interaction data; a preprocessing engine for normalizing and segmenting the acquired data; a semantic retrieval engine for generating embeddings and retrieving contextually relevant academic information; a learner profiling engine for maintaining a dynamic learner profile; and a generative artificial intelligence engine for producing educational content constrained by retrieved academic context and the learner profile. A personalization engine adapts content complexity, format, sequencing, examples, and assessment difficulty according to detected learner requirements. A validation engine evaluates generated content for curriculum relevance, source consistency, duplication, and policy compliance before release. A feedback engine updates the learner profile using subsequent interactions and assessment outcomes. The architecture thereby provides controlled, curriculum-aligned, adaptive generation of learning materials within a university computing environment for students.
