Abstract: ABSTRACT The Generative Artificial Intelligence System for Automated Engineering Design Synthesis is an intelligent design framework that utilizes generative Al, machine learning, and optimization techniques to automate the creation of engineering designs. The system accepts user-defined inputs such as functional requirements, material properties, geometric dimensions, load conditions, manufacturing constraints, and performance objectives to generate multiple feasible design alternatives. Unlike conventional engineering design methods that require extensive manual modeling and iterative refinement, the proposed approach rapidly explores a wide range of design possibilities, enabling engineers to identify innovative, efficient, and manufacturable solutions while significantly reducing design time and development costs. The proposed framework integrates AI-based design generation with simulation, optimization, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to evaluate and validate each design based on structural strength, weight, durability, manufacturability, energy efficiency, and cost. A continuous learning mechanism further enhances design quality by incorporating simulation feedback, historical engineering knowledge, and user preferences into subsequent design iterations. The system supports faster product development, minimizes material wastage, improves engineering accuracy, and ensures compliance with industrial standards. Its applications span automotive, aerospace, mechanical, civil, industrial manufacturing, and product development sectors, making it a powerful solution for next-generation intelligent engineering design and innovation
