Abstract: The present invention discloses an elegant ghee melting and dispensing appliance comprising a thermally insulated cool-touch outer housing, a removable stainless steel inner container seated within an electric heating chamber, a temperature control module with low and medium preset modes, an auto cut-off timer configurable up to 30 minutes, a smart notification module with LED indicator and electronic buzzer, a spill-proof lid, and an optional lever-operated dispenser tap. The appliance safely melts solid ghee using controlled electric heat, maintains ghee temperature within a preset range, automatically discontinues heating upon timer expiration or temperature attainment, and alerts the user via audible beep and visual indication. The cool-touch exterior ensures safe handling at all times. The removable inner container facilitates easy filling, cleaning, and direct pouring. The invention addresses all limitations of conventional stove-top and microwave ghee heating methods including overheating.
