Abstract: A glass recycling and processing device, comprises of a housing 101, an input means operatively linked with a microcontroller to enable user commands for initiation of glass processing, a robotic gripper 105 arranged within housing 101 to securely grasp glass containers from a storage chamber 106 and place them over a processing platform 107, a pair of articulated arms 108 installed over platform 107 to hold containers 120 while a heating gun 109 integrated with platform 107 via an articulated pole 110 softens glass along pre defined cutting paths, a motorized cutter 112 integrated within housing 101 via an articulated link 113 performs precise cutting of containers 120 into desired shapes and sizes, a robotic arm 114 transfers waste fragments to a waste box 115 and places processed containers over a rotatable panel 116, robotic clamps 118 hold containers during rotation, articulated clamps 119 grasp decorative stickers and apply them precisely.
