Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to the biomedical and electronic devices. Preferably, the present disclosure relates to a glucose sensing device and a process of preparation thereof, wherein the device is a non-enzymatic, rectifying glucose sensor device that eliminates the need for a conventional electrochemical platform. The device detects the glucose level in sample/analyte easily and without the need of enzyme-catalyzed reactions or electrochemical transduction.
