Abstract: A goods management system, comprising a body 101 subdivided internally into multiple compartments 102 that stores, manages, and dispenses retail products in an organized manner, a motorized sliding gate 104 to selectively permit or restrict customer access to the display section, a display unit 201 provides an interactive interface for product selection and information retrieval, and further the unit receive user inputs through touch-based commands for initiating product dispensing operations, an imaging unit 105 captures facial images of users for generating and authenticating user profiles, and an articulated arm 208 retrieves a user-selected product, upon selection confirmation a motorised sliding gate 104 opens permits dispensing of product through the arms 208, and the imaging unit 105 identifies the dispensed product and associates the dispensed product with the user profile, the imaging unit 105 linked to a billing processor for automatic bill generation and inventory updating.
