Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION GRAIN TUNING (PORTABLE GRAIN CLEANER) A Portable Multi-Stage Smart Grain Cleaner for cleaning different types of grains such as paddy, wheat, maize. millets and pulses is disclosed. The system comprises a grain receiving hopper, controlled _ - - feeding mechanism, an Al-based camera for identifying the type of grain, a controller, a single mesh plate having multiple mesh partitions of different sizes, an automatic mesh selection mechanism, an air blower and a vibrating inclined separation mechanism. Based on the identified grain type, the controller automatically selects the appropriate mesh partition and adjusts the blower speed, feeding rate and vibration intensity for effective cleaning. The air separation stage removes dust, husk and other lightweight impurities, while the vibrating mesh mechanism separates stones and other heavy impurities. The system may further include magnetic separation and sensors for monitoring grain flow, moisture and output weight. The cleaner is powered by a low-voltage DC battery supply and is designed as a compact and portable unit for household and very small- scale farming applications, thereby reducing manual cleaning effort and providing automated multi-grain cleaning in a low-power system
