Abstract: GRAPH-BASED SECURITY AND RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR MULTI-AGENT LANGUAGE MODEL WORKFLOWS ABSTRACT A graph-based security and recovery system (100) for monitoring workflow interactions among a plurality of language model agents is disclosed. The system (100) comprises an agent identity and snapshot management module configured to maintain cryptographic identities, permission baselines, and immutable snapshots associated with workflow agents. A workflow graph engine constructs a directed graph representing workflow interactions using agent identity information, content hash information, embedding information, instruction-tag information, tool invocation information, and timestamp information. Behavioral fingerprints and content fingerprints are generated and supplied to a joint anomaly evaluation module configured to generate anomaly scores. A unified risk engine determines a global risk score using security indicators obtained from multiple workflow protection layers. A causal attribution module identifies a source workflow agent through graph traversal operations. A containment controller modifies permissions associated with identified workflow agents, and a recovery manager instantiates replacement workflow agents from cryptographically verified immutable snapshots.
