Abstract: The present invention relates to a gravity-driven sanitary pad (100) designed to improve menstrual fluid distribution and reduce rear leakage. The sanitary pad comprises a front absorbent region (101) for receiving menstrual fluid and a longitudinal absorbent channel (102) for directing the fluid toward the rear portion under the influence of gravity. Side wings (103) are provided to securely attach the sanitary pad to an undergarment. A widened back extension (104) and a leak-proof back extension (105) provide increased rear coverage and improved protection against leakage during sleeping, prolonged sitting, and daily activities. An adhesive area (106) is provided on the underside for secure attachment to the undergarment. The gravity-assisted design enhances fluid absorption, minimizes leakage, improves comfort and stability, and provides reliable protection during use.
