Abstract: The present invention relates to a green packaging sustainability bag system that discloses the conversion of plant-based and agricultural biomass into biodegradable polymer material suitable for producing flexible carrying bags. The system is composed of sequential processing units, including raw material preparation, biopolymer extraction, additive blending, film formation, and bag shaping. Natural plasticizers and stabilizing agents are incorporated to improve mechanical properties while maintaining biodegradability. The resulting green poly bags are capable of decomposing naturally under environmental conditions without releasing harmful residues. In one embodiment, the manufacturing system integrates sensor-based monitoring and control modules to regulate parameters such as temperature and moisture, ensuring consistent product quality. Overall, the invention offers a sustainable alternative to petroleum-derived plastic bags, promotes efficient use of renewable resources and agricultural waste, and enables cost-effective large-scale production with minimal environmental impact.
