Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION Title: Green Synthesized Silver-Copper Bimetallic Nanoparticle Incorporated Anti-Acne Cream Using Chromolaena odorata Leaf Extract The present invention relates to a herbal nano-based anti-acne cream containing green synthesized silver-copper bimetallic nanoparticles using aqueous leaf extract of Chromolaena odorata. The formulation comprises plant extract source (100) with Chromolaena odorata (110) and phytoconstituents (120); bimetallic nanoparticle system (200) with Ag NPs (210) and Cu NPs (220); green synthesis process (300); O/W cream formulation (400); antimicrobial activity (500) against S. aureus and E. coli; product characteristics (600); and therapeutic benefits (700). The invention provides a safe, eco-friendly, cost- effective, and biodegradable nano-herbal formulation with enhanced antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activity for effective acne treatment with reduced toxicity.
