The grilling accessory (100) comprises a first frame (102), a second frame (104), plurality of burner rods (106), a first rack (108), a second rack (110), a rotary member (112), a link member (114), and plurality of grill rods (116). The grilling accessory (100) facilitates variable heat exposure and food reorientation during grilling operations to expose different surfaces of food items to heat. The grilling accessory (100) enables grilling of food items using conventional household gas stoves without requiring a dedicated grilling appliance.
