Abstract: The titled invention discloses a hand-operated capsule filling machine designed for controlled and uniform filling of powdered formulations into capsules. The system comprises a base plate (1) configured as the main supporting structure, guide rails (2) for guided movement, a powder tray (3) for receiving powdered material, and a movable blade (4) connected with an adjustable handle (5) for controlled powder distribution. A capsule body plate (6) and capsule cap plate (7) are provided for holding and aligning capsule components, while a locking frame (8) and alignment pins (9) maintain structural stability during operation. The movable blade (4) slides over the powder tray (3) to provide uniform powder leveling and capsule filling while reducing material wastage. The invention improves capsule filling accuracy, dosage consistency, reproducibility, and operational efficiency while minimizing operator dependency. The system is simple, compact, cost-effective, and suitable for laboratory and small-scale pharmaceutical applications.
