Abstract: A handheld grinder operation assistive device, comprising a ring-shaped body 101 accommodated around top portion of a mini handheld grinder, a computing unit installed with a user-interface enables user to give input commands, two T-shaped pneumatic members 102 extends for gripping top portion in view of securing body 101 with grinder, two pneumatic plates 103 arranged with outer periphery of body 101, to extend for allowing user to place index finger and thumb in contact with plates 103 for providing precise motion to grinder, an imaging unit 104 detects shape and dimensions of fixed surface, a laser projection unit 105 mounted on body 101 for projecting a laser beam to guide user in maneuvering grinder in an accurate path in contact with fixed surface, a motorized hinge 107, tilts and deploys a flap 106 installed on body 101 for preventing dust generated during grinding operation from entering user’s eye.
