Abstract: Provided is a handle grip device capable of effectively vibrating a grip area of a handle grip and allowing a driver to reliably ascertain the vibration of the handle grip. This handle grip device is fixed to a right side handle pipe (HR) and a left side handle pipe (HL) of a vehicle, respectively, and can be gripped by a driver. The handle grip device includes: a grip body (2) fixed to a tip of the handle pipe and having a grip area (a) that the driver can grip and an operation area (ß) in which an operation part capable of operating electric equipment of the vehicle is formed; and a vibration element (6) attached to the inside of the grip area (a) in the grip body (2) and capable of arbitrarily vibrating the grip area (a).
