Abstract: HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM The present invention relates to an AI-driven health monitoring system (101) for real-time detection of post-surgical patient complications. A predictive analytics engine (104) utilises machine learning models to establish personalised patient baselines and generate dynamic risk scores indicative of clinical deterioration. A visualisation interface (105) presents real-time risk trends, while an alert and notification module (106) delivers tiered clinical alerts based on severity levels. The system further includes a security and data handling module (107) to ensure data integrity and privacy, and a remote monitoring interface (108) for receiving data from wearable or ambulatory devices. By continuously computing a complication risk index, the system enables early clinical intervention and reduces preventable postoperative complications.
