Abstract: A heating rod management device, comprising a cylindrical shaped expandable body 101 configured with plurality of plates 201, an opening 102 configured at bottom portion of the body 101 that is accessed by a user to insert a top portion of a heating rod within the body 101, an imaging unit 103 determines dimensions of the top portion, a motorized expandable pulley arrangement 202 to regulate diameter of the body 101, a pair of telescopic grippers 104 to extend and grip the top portion, a laser measurement sensor to monitor dimensions and thickness of mouth portion of the container, a pair of collapsible flaps 105 to extend in accordance with the detected dimensions, a motorized sliding unit 106 installed with ends of each of the flaps 105 over the mouth portion and an extendable clamp to position over the mouth portion in order to grip the mouth portion.
