Abstract: The present invention relates to a height-adjustable step-up exercise apparatus (100). The apparatus (100) comprises a base frame (102) configured to rest on a support surface and a step-up platform (104) mounted above the base frame (102), the platform including an anti-slip mat (106). A scissor-lift linkage assembly (108) is positioned between the base frame (102) and the step-up platform (104), the assembly including lifting flats (110) pivotally connected at an intermediate joint (112). A hydraulic actuation system (114) including a hydraulic cylinder (116), piston (117), hydraulic pump (118), and oil reservoir (120) is provided for lifting the platform. A manual lever assembly (122) actuates the hydraulic pump (118). Linear motion guide assemblies (126) maintain guided vertical movement, while a locking mechanism (124) secures the platform. A graduated measuring scale (128) indicates the platform height.
