Abstract: The present invention relates to a multifunctional wearable device designed to provide non-invasive relief from menstrual cramps and associated discomfort through a synergistic combination of heat therapy, herbal oil diffusion, and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). The device comprises a flexible, body- conforming pad that can be comfortably worn around the abdominal area using adjustable straps. It integrates a controlled heating element that delivers uniform, adjustable warmth to relax uterine muscles and promote blood circulation. A built-in micro-diffuser gently releases vapors of therapeutic essential oils such as lavender, clary sage, or peppermint, offering aromatherapeutic benefits that enhance relaxation and reduce inflammation. TENS electrodes are embedded on the inner surface of the pad to deliver low-voltage electrical impulses, which block pain signals and stimulate the release of endorphins. All three functions heat, diffusion, and TENS are managed via a microcontroller that enables users to customize settings such as temperature, oil intensity, and electrical pulse frequency and duration. The device is powered by a rechargeable battery and includes safety features like auto shut-off, overheat protection, and layered insulation. A companion mobile application or onboard control interface may be included for real-time adjustments and personalized therapy. This invention provides a portable, reusable, and drug-free solution for managing primary dysmenorrhea and menstrual discomfort, offering enhanced comfort and therapeutic efficacy compared to conventional single-mode devices.
