Abstract: HERD INTELLIGENCE METHOD FOR SUBCLINICAL MASTITIS REVENUE LOSS QUANTIFICATION IN INDIAN DAIRY The present invention relates to a computer implemented computation subsystem (400) for use in a dairy analytics system (1000) for assessing per farm risk attributable to subclinical animal health conditions and feed contamination. The computation subsystem (400) is operatively coupled to a laboratory measurement subsystem (200) configured to generate laboratory measurement records from bulk tank milk samples and a procurement data ingestion subsystem (300) configured to obtain procurement payment records for dairy farms. The computation subsystem (400) retrieves laboratory derived parameters including somatic cell count and aflatoxin M1 values together with procurement data including milk payment rate and milk volume. The subsystem computes an SCC attributable loss component using tiered SCC mapping, an aflatoxin attributable loss component using contaminant based volume suppression, and a composition gap loss component derived from procurement payment arithmetic. A fat percentage paradox condition is detected through joint evaluation of laboratory health indicators and procurement composition values. The computed loss components are consolidated to generate a farm level analytical output provided to an output subsystem (500). The invention enables deterministic, auditable, and scalable farm level risk assessment through integrated laboratory and procurement data processing.
