The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) and method for autonomous optimization of software pipelines using adaptive hierarchical agent orchestration are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a processor (102), a memory (104), and a communication fabric (106) configured to support coordination among a plurality of autonomous software agents. An agent swarm management module (108) dynamically instantiates and reconfigures specialized agents within an adaptive hierarchical topology based on optimization objectives and pipeline conditions. A pipeline observation module (110) continuously acquires execution telemetry, dependency information, behavioural traces, and operational context associated with one or more software pipelines. A feedback aggregation module (112) aggregates, correlates, and semantically evaluates feedback signals, historical operational records, and agent-generated observations to generate optimization intelligence. An optimization orchestration module (114) generates candidate pipeline modifications, evaluates the modifications using predictive execution models, determines confidence scores through multi-agent consensus analysis, and selectively deploys approved modifications in accordance with governance policies.
