Abstract: ABSTRACT HIGH-PURITY OXYGEN PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND AIR SEPARATION SYSTEM APPLYING THE SAME The present invention relates to a high-purity oxygen production equipment and an air separation system applying the same. The high-purity oxygen production equipment comprises a high-purity oxygen column and a high-purity oxygen column evaporator. A high-purity nitrogen outlet is connected to a first gas inlet of a condensing side of the high-purity oxygen column evaporator; a first liquid outlet is connected to a reflux liquid inlet at the top of an upper rectification column; an oxygen-enriched gas outlet is connected to a second gas inlet; a second liquid outlet is connected to a reflux liquid inlet or to a reflux liquid inlet; and an oxygen-enriched liquid outlet is connected to the reflux liquid inlet at the top of the high-purity oxygen column. The present invention can produce high-purity oxygen or high-purity liquid oxygen products on the basis of producing high-purity nitrogen, thereby improving air separation efficiency and reducing gas wastage.
