The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: HIGH STRENGTH STEEL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF The present disclosure discloses a method for producing a high strength steel. The method includes casting a steel slab of a desired composition. Further, the cast steel slab is subjected to a first forming process and then subjected to a second forming process, for forming a steel sheet defined with a first thickness and a second thickness, respectively. Furthermore, the steel sheet defined with the second thickness is annealed at a second predetermined temperature and maintained for a second predetermined time, and then quenched from the second predetermined temperature to a third predetermined temperature and maintained for a third predetermined time. Further, the quenched steel sheet is partitioned at a fourth predetermined temperature and maintained for a fourth predetermined time. Furthermore, the partitioned steel sheet is quenched to a room temperature to produce the high strength steel. The high strength steel comprises a microstructure of retained austenite, ferrite, and martensite. FIG. 1 is a representative figure.
