Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-voltage heater of an electric vehicle, the heater having a heat-generating flow path structure of heater rings and, more specifically, to a high-voltage heater of an electric vehicle, the heater having a heat-generating flow path structure of heater rings, wherein heating elements can be easily installed and removed by the heater rings, and the heat-generating flow path structure is improved. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-voltage heater of an electric vehicle in which the heater has a heat-generating flow path structure of heater rings comprises: a flow path that is formed on the lower surface inside a heater body and has a zigzag flow path pipe; a plurality of heater rings that are inserted into a plurality of grooves in the flow path pipe and are supplied with external power to generate heat; and a protective layer disposed above the flow path pipe and protecting the plurality of heater rings. The zigzag flow path includes a plurality of straight flow paths and a plurality of curved flow paths.
