Abstract: A hole punching device for metal sheets comprises, a rectangular base 101 having a rectangular platform 102 supported on a circular sliding unit 201 on base 101 for a rotation of the platform 102 , a telescopic C-shaped member 103 attached horizontally with the base 101 by a hinge, an upper end of member 103 provided with a motorized head 105 having multiple sharp conical blocks 106 of different diameters for punching hole 107 into a metal sheet, plurality of iris hole 107 for allowing a passage of block through platform 102 , hydraulic pusher 109 for applying a force onto the block placed on the metal sheet, tactile sensor detects a hardness of the metal sheet to apply force onto the block, force sensor provides feedback of force applied by pusher 109 , an imaging unit 110 determine a position of metal sheet.
