This material provides superior heat tolerance, improved mechanical strength, and reliable protection against electromagnetic disturbances. The housing maintains dimensional stability under thermal cycling, safeguards sensitive electronics from vibration and external impact, and prevents EMI-induced signal distortion. By integrating advanced composite materials with a robust structural design, the invention offers a durable, lightweight, and high-performance sensor casing suitable for modem automotive safety and engine management systems.
