Abstract: The present invention relates to a privacy-preserving cloud data processing system (100) for secure cloud computing. The system addresses privacy risks caused by centralized computation, excessive homomorphic encryption overhead, and lack of hardware-level security. It integrates an adaptive homomorphic encryption engine (101) with a hardware-enforced secure aggregation engine (102) containing an isolated memory region (300) controlled by a bus arbitration controller (107). An adaptive encryption depth controller (106) dynamically adjusts lattice-based polynomial ring dimensions using processor thermal and memory bandwidth data from a hardware resource monitor (105). A differential privacy noise generator (103), coordinated by a privacy budget allocation module (104) with a hardware-resident atomic budget counter (302), injects calibrated privacy noise. The combined interaction of adaptive encryption and dynamic isolation boundaries reduces processor thermal dissipation beyond individual component effects. The system is suitable for multi-tenant cloud environments handling healthcare, financial, and sensor data.
