Abstract: Cardiac arrhythmias are disturbances in the electric activity of the heart which can cause serious heart conditions, they require early detection to enable timely clinical intervention and improve patient outcomes. The existing systems are based on machine learning and CNN, are useful only to capture simple linear relationships. The present invention deals with the Hybrid Quantum-Classical Deep Learning System for ECG-Based Arrhythmia Detection. The ECG signals are collected from MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database. The hybrid framework captures the complex nonlinear relationship between cardiac signals and learns a better representation of features for accurate arrhythmia classification. The system automatically detects the normal and abnormal heart rhythms and produces diagnostic outputs for clinical evaluation. The invention offers a scalable, robust, efficient, and intelligent solution for automated cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia detection and a computer-aided cardiovascular diagnosis.
