Abstract: Hydrogen purification devices and their components are disclosed. In some embodiments, the devices include a permeate frame, which may include a perimeter portion and a membrane support portion surrounded by the perimeter portion. The membrane support portion may include opposed first and second surfaces with each of the first and second surfaces having a plurality of grooves. The membrane support portion may be in contact with and support at least one hydrogen selective membrane. The membrane support portion may be integrally formed with the perimeter portion. The permeate frame may additionally include one or more output apertures in at least one of the perimeter portion and the membrane support portion. The permeate frame may further include at least one input aperture in the perimeter portion. The at least one input aperture may be distinct and spaced from the one or more output apertures.
