Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION “ICAR-CIAE-DCR - 3 IN 1 CASHEW NUT SEPARATOR, PULP EXTRACTOR AND FIBROUS MATERIAL SEPARATING MACHINE” The present invention relates to a 3 in 1 Cashew nut separator, pulp extractor and fibrous material separating machine (100). The 3 in 1 Cashew nut separator, pulp extractor and fibrous material separating machine (100) includes a main frame (3) supported by legs (4) and a power transmission assembly comprises a spark ignition engine (13) mounted on an engine foundation (21) delivering power via a V-grooved pulley (14) and belt drive (15). A rotary assembly (29) with a feeding hopper (22) ensures the continuous transfer of cashew apples into the processing mechanism. A compound roller assembly comprising a spur roller (9), a helical roller (10), and a spur gear (19) to transmit power to the spur roller (9), a helical roller (10) efficiently. A chain (16) and sprocket (17, 18) mechanism drives the spur roller (9) and the helical roller (10) in opposite directions, enabling nut separation of cashew nuts, extraction of juice, and expulsion of fibrous residue from cashew apples in a single integrated operation.
