The second conveyance path (701) merges with the first conveyance path (307) at a position upstream of the transfer portion (406) in the first conveyance direction (Cv1). The second conveyance path (701) includes a guide member (703). A downstream end (703a) of the guide member (703) in the second conveyance direction (Cv2) forms an upstream edge, in the first conveyance direction (Cv1),of an opening portion that is a merging portion (705) where a conveyance space of the second conveyance path (701) communicates with a conveyance space of the first conveyance path (307).
