Abstract: Abstract This paper presents a comprehensive solution to address the challenges in India’s cab-sharing and porter service industry, focusing on affordability for customers and enhanced earning potential for service providers. Despite the high demand for cost-effective sharing cab services, the lack of reliable systems and service providers has hindered widespread adoption. To bridge this gap, we developed an advanced Cab and Porter Management System, available as a mobile application. The application enables users to find and book their ideal sharing cabs by entering specific requirements, such as routes (district-to-district, zone-to-zone), number of passengers, available seats, and time slots. A specially designed zonal map further simplifies the booking process by identifying pickup and drop zones. The system also provides a platform for cab and porter service partners to efficiently find passengers and parcels by matching user requirements with their availability. Additionally, the app includes support for bike taxi, bike porter services, share auto services, and three-wheeler porter services, ensuring versatility and accessibility. By offering a streamlined, technology-driven solution, this system not only promotes cost savings for customers but also creates significant income opportunities for partners, revolutionizing India’s cab-sharing and porter service ecosystem.
