The system (102) comprises a particulate dust sensor (104) configured to detect airborne dust concentration, an image acquisition module (106) configured to capture images of indoor regions susceptible to dust accumulation and cobweb formation, and a processing and control unit (108) configured to receive and process collected information. A dust and cobweb classification module (110) determines cleanliness conditions based on airborne dust information and image-derived surface-condition information. A communication interface module (112) transmits monitoring information, while an alert generation module (114) generates notifications when predefined cleanliness thresholds are exceeded. The system further comprises a data logging and trend analysis module (116) and a remote monitoring interface (118) for historical analysis and remote access. The invention enables automated indoor cleanliness assessment, monitoring, and maintenance management.
