The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an industrial wastewater monitoring and automated discharge control apparatus (100) comprising an industrial wastewater inlet conduit (102), a multi-parameter sensing assembly (104) including a pH sensing unit (106), a turbidity sensing unit (108), a total dissolved solids sensing unit (110), and a gas sensing unit (112), a processing and control unit (114), a threshold evaluation unit (116), a relay switching unit (118), a motorized shut-off valve (120), an industrial wastewater outlet conduit (122), a communication interface unit (124), a remote monitoring terminal (126), and a power supply unit (128). The sensing assembly (104) continuously monitors wastewater quality parameters and generates corresponding wastewater quality signals. The threshold evaluation unit (116) compares the monitored parameters with predetermined threshold values and actuates the relay switching unit (118) to operate the motorized shut-off valve (120) for interrupting contaminated industrial wastewater discharge through the industrial wastewater outlet conduit (122).
