MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541006732 A) filed by Marimuthu Muthiah on January 28, 2025, for Inner Gravity-Driven Softflow Fabric Dyeing Machine With Advanced Liquor And Cavitation Management System For Low Liquor Processing.

Inventor includes Marimuthu Muthiah.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a soft-flow fabric dyeing machine configured for low liquor ratio processing. The machine comprises a dyeing vessel having an inner rotating drum arranged therein for transporting fabric independently of liquor-driven circulation. Dye liquor is introduced into the dyeing vessel through one or more liquor inlets, and an anti-turbulence arrangement is provided to regulate incoming liquor flow within the vessel. A liquor circulation system supplies dye liquor primarily for dye application while enabling stable operation at reduced liquor ratios. The configuration allows controlled movement of fabric under gravitational and rotational forces and supports operation of the circulation system under conditions that reduce turbulence and cavitation during dyeing. The invention enables efficient dyeing with reduced water and energy consumption while maintaining stable dyeing conditions.
