Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an integrated energy system of an electric vehicle that consists of a high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack and intelligent wireless charging system. This battery pack applies advanced technologies of electrodes, thermal management systems, and intelligent battery management algorithms to increase energy density, charging efficiency, safety during operation, and lifetime cycles. Wireless charging system is equipped with resonant transmitter and receiver coils, adaptive sensing of alignment, dynamic frequency tuning, and machine learning for charging control in order to optimize charging efficiency and minimize losses during the process. Communication between the battery management system and the charging control system allows for predicting and controlling charging and regulating temperature as well as for diagnostics and maintenance of battery health. The integrated system is able to work in the stationary and dynamic modes as well as to have the capabilities of electromagnetic interference protection and foreign object detection. FIG.1
