Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an instruction information sending method, an instruction information receiving method, a terminal, a network device, a system and a medium. The instruction information receiving method comprises: a terminal receives instruction information sent by a network device, the instruction information being used for instructing the terminal to activate a channel state information (CSI) processing model based on artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) before applying the CSI processing model, wherein the CSI processing model is used for performing CSI processing on the basis of spatial domain information, frequency domain information and time domain information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, by receiving the instruction information sent by the network device, the terminal determines whether to activate the CSI processing model or not, so that the terminal can activate the CSI processing model at an appropriate time on the basis of the instruction from the network device, so as to ensure the accuracy of applying the CSI processing model.
