Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-capacity industrial cooking apparatus comprising a fully integrated single-body cooking vessel with multi-walled full circular induction heating technology. The system includes a stainless-steel vessel surrounded by multiple concentric induction heating walls extending circumferentially around the complete outer surface of the vessel along with bottom induction heating. The induction walls generate uniform 360-degree thermal distribution for rapid and efficient cooking. The invention further includes thermal insulation layers, intelligent digital temperature control, cooling systems, and safety mechanisms integrated into a compact industrial structure. The system eliminates conventional flame-based cooking and separate induction platforms while improving thermal efficiency, cooking speed, safety, and energy utilization for large-scale food preparation applications.
