Abstract: Title: Integrated Crack Detection and Severity Evaluation System and Method Thereof A system for automated crack detection of reinforced concrete structures comprising; an input data acquisition module configured to capture or receive structural surface images of reinforced concrete elements; a material filtering module configured to identify reinforced concrete surface images and eliminate non-relevant images; an intelligent image scrutinization and refinement module configured to enhance the selected reinforced concrete images; a micro-gradient analysis module configured to detect fine pixel-intensity variations and early-stage crack indications from the refined image; the deep feature mining engine configured to extract hierarchical visual features of the micro-gradient analysed images; the crack detection technique configured to determine the presence or absence of cracks from the extracted features; the classification and severity assessment module configured to classify the detected cracks and compute a Structural Health Index based on crack parameters; and a report generation and alert module configured to generate annotated structural health reports and trigger alert notifications.
