Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated endoscopic hydro-jetting nozzle for simultaneous real-time inspection and high-pressure cleaning of potable-water, drainage, industrial process, and other enclosed pipeline systems. The apparatus comprises a forward high- pressure cutting jet, an endoscopic optical inspection module with an annular LED illumination system, a dynamic fluid-shield, an independently regulated multi-chamber hydraulic manifold, a pressure balancing mechanism, a sealed electronic module, a reinforced multifunction tether, multi-angle rear propulsion jets, and a quick-connect modular interface integrated within a compact nozzle assembly. The hydraulic manifold independently distributes pressurized fluid to the cutting, propulsion, and optical protection circuits, thereby enabling simultaneous obstruction removal, nozzle propulsion, debris evacuation, and continuous visual inspection during pipeline remediation. A significant feature of the invention is the provision of a dynamic annular fluid-shield configured to continuously protect the optical inspection module from debris, sludge, splashback, water droplets, and fogging during high-pressure hydro-jet operation, thereby maintaining uninterrupted image clarity. The apparatus further incorporates a sanitizable self-draining internal flow architecture with contamination-resistant hydraulic passages and hydraulically isolated electronic components, making the system suitable for both potable-water distribution and drainage pipeline applications. The integrated configuration improves operational efficiency, reduces maintenance time and operator intervention, minimizes the risk of cross-contamination, and provides a reliable, non-destructive, and hygienic solution for internal pipeline inspection and remediation.
