Abstract: The main design of the present invention discloses an Integrated Health and Fatigue Detection System for Long Electric Vehicle (EV) Journeys Using Multi-Modal Data Fusion and Predictive Modeling, which comprises a multi-sensor data acquisition unit, a signal preprocessing unit, a feature extraction unit, a multi-modal analysis unit and display interfaces. The system continuously collects physiological signals such as heart rate and skin response, visual inputs including eye movement and blink rate, and driving parameters such as steering behavior and speed. The collected data is processed through preprocessing techniques including noise removal, normalization and temporal alignment to ensure consistency. Meaningful fatigue-related features are then extracted and analyzed collectively using a multi-modal approach. Based on this analysis, the system evaluates the driver’s condition and identifies early signs of fatigue. The processed results are presented through display interfaces, enabling timely alerts, risk assessment, and preventive actions to support safe driving during long EV journeys.
